Everything you need to know about rates, services, payments, cancellations, arrivals and departures for your holiday in Tiers in the Dolomites.
Rates and included services
We will be happy to provide our rates on request. Prices are in euros per day for two people.
Use of the second bedroom in the 'Rosengarten' apartment incurs an additional charge.
The price includes all ancillary costs, bed linen, hand and bath towels, parking, and a ski boot dryer. Also included is the 'Mobilcard', which allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge.
The Finnish wood-fired sauna at the farmhouse is available to book for exclusive use at an additional cost of €20.00. This price includes a sauna towel and a bathrobe. On very hot summer days, operation may be limited due to high outdoor temperatures.
All guests aged 14 and over are also required to pay the local tourist tax. This amounts to €2.90 per person per night and is not included in the total price of your stay.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. A charge of €16.00 per day applies.
Short stays
For stays of up to six nights, a one-off short-stay supplement applies.
For stays of seven nights or more, no additional charges apply.
Cancellation policy
You do not have the right to withdraw under the Consumer Protection Code. However, the following cancellation terms are available:
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival date.
Between 3 months and 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is50% of the total booking amount.
If you cancel within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of the total booking amount.
We recommend the “Roter Hahn” cancellation protection as an additional service. You can find information on the benefits of the travel cancellation insurance here.
Payment terms
To confirm your reservation, please pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount to the following bank account: Lorenz Pircher Raiffeisenkasse Ritten IBAN: IT 15 I 08187 11600 000000727199 SWIFT-BIC: CCRTIT2TRIT Your booking will be confirmed as soon as the deposit has been credited to our account within 10 days of making your reservation.
Arrival and departure
The apartments are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in is also possible by arrangement.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am.
