Tschogerhof is one of the oldest preserved farmsteads in Tiers and was first mentioned in historical records in 1460. The farmhouse and barn are fine examples of traditional rural life in the Catinaccio area. Over the centuries, the property has been renovated several times, with great care always taken to preserve its original character and historic structure.

The farm has belonged to the Pircher family since 1966 and is currently inhabited and managed by Kurt and Helene Pircher, together with their children, Magdalena and Lorenz. The close connection between family, home and farming can still be felt throughout the property. Guests have been welcomed here since 1940, initially by the Trompedeller siblings, who are relatives of the Pircher family and established this long-standing tradition of hospitality.
Even today, the farm combines a living tradition with a thoughtful approach towards the future. The farmhouse contains two lovingly renovated holiday apartments, and three additional chalets were built in 2021. With deep respect for its heritage, skilled craftsmanship and a strong bond with nature, Tschogerhof remains a special place where history is written day by day.
